What the critics said: Ghost Rider is a sour mix of morose, glum histrionics amidst jokey puns and hammy dialogue.
What I said: Nicolas Cage at his finest.
Ghost Rider is one of those movies that the moment you finish watching it you say "It isn't bad, but here are 30 things I would have done differently to make it better." Nicolas Cage fits the part as Johnny Blaze, the rest of the cast isn't bad, the action sequences are only slightly bad, the dialogue of course is bad, but it is a cheesy action movie.
