Episode 2.6 - "A Fractured House" is next weeks episode of Marvel Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.   Here is the synopsis

“A Fractured House” – The world turns against S.H.I.E.L.D. when Hydra impersonates them to attack The United Nations, and an unexpected enemy leads the charge to bring about their downfall, on “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” Tuesday, October 28 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Marcus Scarlotti sounds a lot like Mark Scarlotti, who in the comic book world is a former weapons engineer for Stark Industries who purchases a set of body armor from Justin Hammer and becomes the original Whiplash.   Anton Vanko, Iron Man 2, is actually the third villain in the Marvel Comic Universe to use the name Whiplash.
Agent Noelle Walters, wonder if her middle name is Jennifer as in Jennifer Walters as in She-Hulk.
Toshiro Mori, again sounds like Tomi Shishido who is a Hydra agent who becomes the Gorgon, a evil super ninja who leads the hand.

If true; Whiplash, She-Hulk, Gorgon could be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe on the Small Screen.
