Where would Avengers: Age of Ultron fit into the 2015 Marvel Film

Avengers: Age of Ultron has been released now for two weeks domestically and three weeks in many international markets, so as an exercise in fun where would it be placed in my 2015 Marvel Film Rankings.

Avengers: Age of Ultron
Released 2015
Final Score: 31/35
Jeff: 32/35
Critics: 26/35
Audience: 32/34
Rating 4/35

When Tony Stark and Bruce Banner try to jump-start a dormant peacekeeping program called Ultron, things go horribly wrong and it's up to Earth's Mightiest Heroes to stop the villainous Ultron from enacting his terrible plans.

What the critics said: Exuberant and eye-popping, Avengers: Age of Ultron serves as an overstuffed but mostly satisfying sequel, reuniting its predecessor's unwieldy cast with a few new additions and a worthy foe.

What I said: A film that probably will be better appreciated a year from now than it is today.

For the purpose of this placement film I made a couple of assumptions, first I figured the domestic box office to be in the neighborhood of $540 Million, which is pretty close to what the current formulas are suggesting after 10 days.  I also am working off the formulas that this film would make $900 Million internationally.  So I may be a little heavy domestically and a little light internationally but with its place in market I have lots of leeway before it upsets the apple cart.
Audience reviews of the film have improved over the past week, to me this is an indication that after second viewings some of the more harsh criticisms are falling away.   The movie has ticked up 3% in the past week but it needs to gain an average of 3% more on the two of the four audience trackers to make a difference.   That's a hard number to reach at this point.
Since it release additional critics reviews have stepped down almost a full 2 points however again it needs to move another 2 full points across the total critic rating to drop and almost 5 points to move up.
Even though I have some serious criticisms of the film, I think it is technically strong enough to be in the top five, slotted above Guardians of the Galaxy but below X-Men: Days of Future Past, X-Men, and The Avengers.
