Angel Dust
Gina Carano will play the part of Angel Dust, a mutant with the power to give herself a super human adrenaline rush which for short time gives her super strength, in Deadpool.  In the comics Angel Dust is a part of the Morlocks a group of outcast mutants living on the streets of Chicago, her real name is Christine.
 
Daniel Cudmore has confirmed that he will not be reprising his role as Colossus in Deadpool, a part he has played in X-Men 2, X-Men: The Last Stand and X-Men: Days of Future Past.   No reason has been given; however it has been speculated that 20th Century Fox was looking for a younger actor for the part.
 
Nightcrawler
from X-Men 2
Kodi Smit-McPhee (ParaNorman, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes) has been cast as a younger Kurt Wagner / Nightcrawler the teleporting little blue furry dude (fuzzy elf)  for X-Men: Apocalypse.   Kurt Wagner is the child of Mystique Ravenholme and Azazel.
