Confirmed - Karen Gillian Returns as Nebula

It has been confirmed by Marvel that Doctor Who alum Karen Gillian will reprise her role as Nebula in the forthcoming Guardians of the Galaxy 2.

Karen Gillian is the first actor/actress to be confirmed for the movie.  It is assumed that most of the actors will return for the sequel.  The noted exception is Lee Pace who played the main antagonist Ronan the Accuser in the first film has confirmed he is not in the sequel.

The film is set to be filmed at Pinewood Studios in Atlanta Georgia, which has become the primary film location for Marvel Studios as of late.
