A strange black entity from another world bonds with Peter Parker and causes inner turmoil as he contends with new villains, temptations, and revenge.
What the critics said: Though there are more characters and plotlines, and the action sequences still dazzle, Spider-Man 3 nonetheless isn't quite as refined as the first two.
What I said: Too many characters and story lines not enough room for their stories.
Made bucket's of cash, the critics placed this right in the middle, the audience (me too) hated it. A successful flop?
