My Ranking of the Marvel Movies

Movies that I have not seen:

I decided to start by breaking down the movies into three categories, Good, Acceptable, Poor and To Be Determined.

So what does Good, Acceptable, Poor and TBD mean to me?
A good movie is one I will put in the Blu-Ray player and actually sit down and watch. 
An acceptable movie is one I will put in the Blu-Ray player and use as background noise while I am doing something else.
A poor movie is one I will put in the Blu-Ray player because I have watched the others and feel guilty that I have not watched but it doesn't stop me from leaving the room.
To be determined are movies that fit into multiple categories for me.

The next step is taking a first pass and ranking the movies in each category from worst to best.

After which I went back and slotted my TBD movies.
